30 Day Visibility Game
Yesterday, I interviewed Christina Dunbar for our weekly Sistership Circle Inspiration Call about her one-woman show called Dirty Me Divine and how it related to our topic of “Self-Acceptance and Opening Your Heart to Receive.”
Christina has been playing a big game. She wants her show to reach 10,000 people and to expand her own capacity to be more visible in the world, she has been out to raise $14,000 to make her dream come true.
If you want to check out what she’s doing and support her mission to end shame, you can visit her Kickstarter campaign here.
So on today’s Truth Telling Tuesday video, I wanted to keep up the momentum and share the 30 Day Visibility Game with you.
The Sistership Circle Facilitator Training Program participants have taken on the challenge of being more visible for the next 30 days.
Visibility is not about being like a movie star and putting on a mask. It’s about putting your whole self out there, all parts of you, and practicing a whole new level of self-love and self-acceptance.
In the video, I share with you 3 tips from Christina and I to inspire you to open your heart and be more vulnerable with your tribe, whether that’s your family, your clients, your community or your friends.
Watch the video here and allow yourself to be visible.
What’s holding you back from being seen? We’d love to hear from you on the blog comments below.
And if you’d like to join the 30 Day Visibility Game, all you have to do is raise your hand and create your own challenge. What actions will you take for the next 30 days that would stretch yourself? What is your overall outcome and intention?

Excellent video! SO needed to hear this message today!!!
Great video Tanya on visibility and being willing to be seen. This exact theme has allowed me to grow in profound ways. By exposing the shame I had around my sexuality and the willingness to heal my wounds has given me the freedom to be seen, felt and heard. Thank you for being such an amazing light in our community. I SEE you! I HEAR you! I FEEL you!
